On Friday morning, hubby and I took both girls to have some pics taken by local photographer Tracey Potgieter at her home studio in Pietermaritzburg…
I first came across Tracey’s work a few months ago on Facebook when my friend Leigh used her to capture some pics of her gorgeous kiddies, Anna and Olly. I’m really fussy when it comes to these sorts of staged photoshoots, but immediately fell in love with Tracey’s style and use of natural light.
Tracey (who is 37 weeks pregnant and still on the go – Wonder Woman!) was amazing – so brilliant and patient with the girls. She also has an great selection of props and accessories which makes the experience really special and fun.
A few behind the scenes pics below and some sneak peeks at what we’ll be receiving from Tracey soon – so pleased so far – very excited to see the rest :)
All the bags I packed to take with! Half of Addi’s wardrobe in one of them, wasn’t sure what to dress her in… The girl’s Steiff teddies to include as props, changing stuff for both of them, snacks and drinks for Addi, my handbag, breastfeeding pillow and so on…
Tracey in action!
As you will notice, no pics of Addi who was being most uncooperative the whole morning until her Dad eventually took her home!
If you are interested in something similar for your own bebes, I would recommend Tracey in a heartbeat – get in touch with her on firstname.lastname@example.org… See more of Tracey’s stunning work on her Facebook Page: Tracey Potgieter Photography
